“I can’t say enough great things about our say at Cooper’s casa! First of all the house was clean and by clean I mean spotless! I have stayed in so many different Airbnb‘s that seem nice in photos and are not that nice once you get there and this was definitely not the case. The hosts obviously pay great attention to keeping their home clean and comfortable for guests. Also, the home was well stocked. We had absolutely everything we needed. It was also extremely comfortable with things like UGG sheets and big, plush towels. I also appreciated having a washer and dryer, which is something you don’t always find in Beach boxes. Samantha was extremely communicative and helped me with all of my questions almost immediately. When I couldn’t find a wine glass in the home, she dropped off 3 wine glasses and a bottle of wine. So incredibly thoughtful. Also, a gift card for Duck Donuts. Honestly the most thoughtful host I’ve had in my many years renting. We will totally stay here again!

Have you recently shipped items to your home? Would you like to make sure that they have been received in pristine condition? With this service we will retrieve, unbox, assemble and place your packages. This includes large moves or relocation services.
Delivery Coordination
Do you need boots on the ground to meet furniture or large item deliveries? We will work with you and the company to make sure that deliveries occur within a reasonable time frame and without issue while you are off-site.
Contract Management
If you have contracted with pool and cleaning vendors. We are happy to manage the payment, scheduling, and up-keep of the day-to-day relationship with these companies on your behalf.
